01Refund Eligibility

Clean Forms offers a generous 14-day money-back guarantee for new subscribers. Customers are eligible for prorated refunds that cover the unused portion of their paid subscription. However, refunds will not be issued for partial month usage.

02Refund Process

Customers seeking a refund must submit their request via email to our dedicated support team. Upon receipt, the support team will process the refund within 5-7 business days. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method used during the initial transaction.

03Non-Refundable Scenarios

Refunds will not be provided in the following circumstances:

• Refunds are not available for account user errors or misconfigurations
• Voluntary account cancellations occurring after the 14-day guarantee period
• Accounts suspended due to violations of our terms of service

04Free Trial Limitations

Accounts on free trial status do not qualify for monetary refunds. Users may cancel their free trial at any time without financial penalty.

05Exceptional Circumstances

Clean Forms reserves the right to issue discretionary refunds in unique or extraordinary situations at the company's sole discretion.

06Subscription Downgrades

Plan downgrades will take effect at the next billing cycle. No partial refunds will be issued for mid-cycle plan changes.

07Payment Failures

Repeated payment failures may result in account suspension. No refunds will be provided for accounts suspended due to ongoing payment issues.
